Check-in and stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out until 11:00 am. If you need different times because of work or a late arrival, let us know — we do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Can I arrive at any time?

Yes, from 3:00 pm onwards. Check-in is self-service with a smart lock. You will receive your personal code before arriving — you can enter at any hour of the day or night, with no waiting and no prior coordination.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed at the moment.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted indoors. The private terrace is available for smokers.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There is free public parking nearby, and parking is also possible at Hospital Reina Sofía. Get in touch and we will suggest the most convenient options for your arrival.

Are there supermarkets nearby?

Yes. There are small neighbourhood shops nearby and a large Carrefour a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.

Can we hold parties?

No, this is not allowed. Living Murcia is in a quiet neighbourhood and we ask all guests to respect their neighbours' rest from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Booking and price

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The accommodation is especially designed for stays of a week or more — from 7 nights an automatic 10% discount applies, and from 21 nights, 20%.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a security deposit of 300 € is required, refunded in full after your stay if everything is in order.

Can I book directly without going through Booking?

Yes, and it is cheaper too. By booking directly on our website you get an extra 10% discount on the standard rate. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will handle it within 24 hours.

Companies and long stays

Do you issue invoices for companies?

Yes. We issue an official invoice for every booking, with all the tax details needed for business expense purposes. For long stays we can also issue monthly invoices.

Is it possible to sign a formal rental agreement?

Yes. For long stays or corporate bookings we issue a formal written contract. Ask us about the conditions depending on the length and type of booking.

Can I arrange a cleaning service for long stays?

Yes. Ask us for the price of the extras depending on the frequency and length of your stay.
