What data we process

The data you provide through the contact form, WhatsApp or email: name, email, phone, dates of stay, number of guests, company details if you provide them, and the content of your message.

Purpose

To answer your enquiry, send you availability and a quote and, where applicable, manage your booking and invoicing. We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the enquiry and, when you book, the performance of the accommodation contract and compliance with legal obligations (for example, guest registration and tax obligations).

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to deal with it and, in the case of bookings, for the periods required by tax and guest registration regulations.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use technology providers (web hosting, form automation and email) who act as data processors.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD — www.aepd.es).
